Quite a good panel with performance close to the nominal, about 25 watts in sunlight. One of its USB-A ports is indeed QC3 and, from what I measured, 15 watts, while the other is 10 watts, though I didn't measure both at the same time and under ideal conditions. In practice, I haven't tried it while it's hanging on a backpack... The build quality is quite good (but the charging cable is very important; if it's not good, it won't charge fast). For example, with the right cable you might see 9.5 volts and 1.5 amps at the port, while with another cable, 5 volts and 1.06-1.09 amps.
However, you'll get the maximum output through the DC 18V port if connected to a power station.
The USB-C port is power delivery; it gave me 11.9 volts and 1.3 amps and charges a phone with 4500mAh from 8% to 100% in 1.5 hours!
Anyway, for its price, it's an honest panel for what it's intended for. As for its durability over time... we'll see!!
