The Smile Probio 45B contains a blend of 12 strains of friendly lactic acid bacteria and Bifidobacteria. It includes the following strains:

  • Bifidobacterium longum subsp infantis BI45
  • Lactobacillus acidophilus LA85
  • Lactiplantibacillus plantarum Lp90
  • Lacticaseibacillus paracasei LC86
  • Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp bulgaricus LB42
  • Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus LRa05
  • Bifidobacterium animalis subsp lactis BLa80
  • Lactobacillus gasseri LG08
  • Lactococcus lactis subsp lactis LLa22

It does not contain allergens, dairy, lactose, or gluten.

Usage: 13 capsules per day with a glass of water, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach. If taking antibiotics, take them 2-3 hours after the antibiotic.

The product can be stored at room temperature up to 25°C.

13 weeks are required to see results, depending on the severity of the issue.

After 20 days of daily intake, maximum colonization has been achieved, which remains stable as long as Smile Probio 45B is taken. After discontinuation, the colonies will diminish after 2-3 weeks, so continuous use is recommended, especially for chronic issues.
