Due to the hypertonic concentration of sodium chloride, the solution has a decongestant effect, facilitating the removal of secretions. Additionally, it hydrates the mucosa, making breathing easier.

The use of Solinea NEBU-dose 3% through nebulization therapy improves breathing comfort. The solution is indicated for patients of all ages, especially for those suffering from acute bronchitis, cystic fibrosis, or pulmonary diseases. It is used as a solvent for inhalation medications according to the instructions of a specialist doctor.

Mechanism of action:

  • Breaks ionic bonds in mucus, reducing the viscosity and elasticity of the secretion.
  • Absorbs water from the mucosa and submucosa, reducing inflammation of the airway walls.
  • Induces reflex coughing and drainage of secretions, facilitating the removal of mucus from the bronchi, leading to the opening of the airways.
