Oil obtained from the cold pressing of sunflower seeds, the well-known sunflower seed.

Cold-pressed sunflower oil has a slightly sweet taste, a light yellow color, a strong sunflower aroma, and is rich in vitamin E and polyunsaturated fatty acids.

It is used in all kinds of cooking:

• Raw in salads (as dressing)
• In the preparation of sauces and mayonnaise
• For frying and sautéing
