The door is just fine and the quality is very decent for this price, but I have already been struggling for 5 weeks. The company sent the door directly and the shipping companies were looking for the accessories. 3 weeks of communications and I got nowhere. I was ignored by both the platform and the shipping companies. In the last communication, they said a week ago that the platform would inform me immediately and since then, nothing. I was expecting customers and still haven't been able to install the door, nor have they contacted me, and I was forced to send them elsewhere. I wanted to buy many doors in the future because of my business, but I will buy them directly from a store that was helpful. They send them immediately to the agency you tell them. By the way, I got the 4 (same door, different handle design) but there was no option for a comment there, so I'm doing it here. The door is fine but the customer service is disappointing from all 3 sides and I still haven't received the accessories
