SET - SMOOTH – BLUR
Close the compact and shake it once. The special chevron sifter dispenses the right amount of powder onto the velvety applicator. Pick up the applicator and sweep the powder over the entire face in one smooth motion to set makeup and smooth skin texture. Press the applicator onto areas you want to blur and mattify. If using color-correcting shades, press the applicator onto areas that need correcting to neutralize redness or sallowness.
If using the All Hours Hyper Brush, remove the velvety applicator and close the compact. Shake it once. Open the compact and swirl the Hyper Brush in the powder using a circular motion. Gently apply all over the face.
UNDER-EYE BAKING
After applying All Hours Precise Angles Concealer, apply a generous amount of Hyper Blur Loose Powder under the eyes to brighten and smooth the area. Let the powder sit for a few minutes. Use the All Hours Hyper Brush to dust away any excess.
