The Japanese slicer from Hendi is a product of exceptional quality, made in Japan. The cutting quality is comparable to professional knives, but with the slicer, slices or vegetable decorations are always uniform and achieved much faster.

The slicer features an integrated flat blade and the cutting thickness is easily and smoothly adjustable with a switch from 1-5 mm. With a larger working surface, it is ideal for larger vegetables such as zucchini, cabbage, or eggplants. The blades are made of SUS 420J2 stainless steel and the case is made of ABS. For safety, the slicer has a finger guard. It is not suitable for dishwasher cleaning.
