Greenhouse shading material Sunblock

SUNBLOCK is a Greek produced product, natural and eco-friendly primarily used for shading greenhouses, providing protection from UV radiation during the summer period. It is applied simply by spraying on the roof of the greenhouse, with resistance to wind, moisture, and rain, while it self-cleans after a period of three months.

Advantages:

• Very fine granulation: facilitates mixing with water.
• High whiteness: provides effective UV reflection protecting the plants.
• Natural and inert product: friendly to polyethylene extending its lifespan.
• Uniform coverage: offers effective shading during the summer period.
• Good adhesion: does not wash away with rain and wind for 2 to 3 months.
• Self-cleaning: breaks down over time without chemical substances.

Application dosage:

• 25 kg of SUNBLOCK mixed with 200 liters of water covers 1 acre of greenhouse.
• 2.5 kg of SUNBLOCK mixed with 20 liters of water covers 100 square meters of greenhouse.

Preparation: Ensure the application surface is cool, clean, and dry, and that there is a forecast of no rain for at least three days. The relative humidity of the environment should be low.

Application:

• In a clean and dry bucket with water, gradually add part of the contents of the bag while stirring.
• Dilute in 200 liters of water and let the solution sit for 20 minutes in the barrel before application.
• Spray the roof of the greenhouse.
• Simple and continuous stirring during dilution and spraying.
