When Andy goes on summer camp vacations, the toys have the whole house to themselves. However, the fun temporarily stops when Andy's mother decides to get rid of his old toys and sets up a mini outdoor market in the backyard. The brave Woody saves the sick penguin Buzz, but he himself is accidentally among the toys for sale. There, he is discovered by Al McGwickin, a cunning toy collector.
