The Pie with mastic & cranberry is a healthy choice that combines tradition with innovation. It contains Chios mastic and cranberries, offering a unique flavor.

Our family started producing pasteli in the 18th century, following the tradition that pasteli was part of local festivals. In December 1995, the company "TO PATROPARADOTO" was founded, preserving this tradition while adding new products with mastic flavor.

In 2005, the business was transformed into a company under the name MARIA PROAKI & CO. and in 2006 we moved to new, modern facilities. Since 2013, we have been following the specifications of the ISO 22000:2005 standard, ensuring the quality of our products.

Today, under the name AFOI PROAKI CO., we continue to produce authentic traditional sweets from Chios.
