• In body lotions and creams - 4-5 drops
• For massage in pure vegetable oil (50 ml) - 10-15 drops
• For bathing - In a tablespoon of milk or honey – 10-20 drops
• For inhalation - Used in incense for the fireplace and in water for the sauna – 6-8 drops
• In compresses - In a small amount of water 2-3 drops
