I bought it only for cooling in a holiday home.
3 rooms, one in front of the other and one room next to it. The 12,000 BTU unit covered them comfortably with very good performance.
The only thing I don't like is that I'm still struggling to connect it to the internet. While the light comes on indicating that the device is on, it can't find the home's Wi‑Fi to connect.

it's been 9 months now. great performance on hot and cold. it serves my 33 meter room perfectly. on hot it makes noticeable noise from the external unit but it's bearable. on cold i don't have to set it lower than 26-27. very good airflow due to the additional horizontal blades. I'm definitely buying another one soon

Very good. I put it in the bedroom and it easily covers a small hallway and the opposite room, whose doors are facing each other.
A total of about 38 sq.m. without even pushing it!
A small drawback is that the outdoor unit is a bit noisier than the others I have (Samsung inverter).
The machine is VFM. For anyone looking for a cheap air conditioner with very good performance, it has almost nothing to envy from the branded companies!
The whole unit, even the remote control, is TCL regardless of what it says on the outside! I recommend it unreservedly and with my eyes closed!

But be careful because some sneaky sellers list it with the same code and photo, and when you receive it it has the code CHiQ CSD and a (DM) after it. A much inferior product and seemingly the same! I got caught because I bought a second one from another store and returned it. I am waiting for my money so I can buy it from where I bought the first one!

However, I would recommend avoiding it in a very small room, as the airflow it produces is very strong even at the lowest speed, so much so that even at 27 degrees, it makes you quite cold because of the airflow. However, I would recommend avoiding it in a very small room, as the airflow it produces is very strong even at the lowest speed, so much so that even at 27 degrees, it makes you quite cold because of the airflow. 3 rooms, one in front of the other and one room next to it. The 12,000 BTU unit covered them comfortably with very good performance.
The only thing I don't like is that I'm still struggling to connect it to the internet. While the light comes on indicating that the device is on, it can't find the home's Wi‑Fi to connect.

it's been 9 months now. great performance on hot and cold. it serves my 33 meter room perfectly. on hot it makes noticeable noise from the external unit but it's bearable. on cold i don't have to set it lower than 26-27. very good airflow due to the additional horizontal blades. Very good. I put it in the bedroom and it easily covers a small hallway and the opposite room, whose doors are facing each other.
A total of about 38 sq.m. without even pushing it!
A small drawback is that the outdoor unit is a bit noisier than the others I have (Samsung inverter).
The machine is VFM. For anyone looking for a cheap air conditioner with very good performance, it has almost nothing to envy from the branded companies!
The whole unit, even the remote control, is TCL regardless of what it says on the outside! I recommend it unreservedly and with my eyes closed!
P.S.
But be careful because some sneaky sellers list it with the same code and photo, and when you receive it it has the code CHiQ CSD and a (DM) after it. A much inferior product and seemingly the same! I got caught because I bought a second one from another store and returned it. I am waiting for my money so I can buy it from where I bought the first one!
