The pressure cooker is an essential utensil in the kitchen of every modern woman. It is mainly recommended for recipes that have a preparation time of over 45 minutes. The cooker reduces cooking time due to the higher temperature created inside it. Foods cooked in it retain their vitamins and minerals, making meals more delicious and healthy.

It is compatible with any heat source, including induction cooktops, and is dishwasher safe. To avoid excessive pressure and very high temperatures, cooking can be regulated through a safety valve, which is the main technical innovation of the cooker. In case of excessive pressure, the valve will lift and allow the release of steam and water droplets.
