Velvet Spray Suede Food Colours – BEIGE

Single product 100 ml, food-safe, with a suede texture. Velvet spray is an innovative food color that creates an elegant, velvety coating. It is ideal for decorating cold surfaces of pastry products such as:

• cakes
• frozen desserts
• single servings
• cupcakes
• mousses
• chocolates
• creams
• sugar decorations

Instructions for use:

• Chill the dessert, preferably at -10°C.
• Place the spray in a water bath (maximum temperature 40°C) for 10–15 minutes.
• Shake well before use.
• Spray from a distance of 25–30 cm onto the cold surface.
• Allow to dry.
• Store the decoration in the refrigerator.
• In case of nozzle blockage, immerse the spray in warm water (maximum temperature 40°C) or clean the sprayer with alcohol.
