How to properly perform a gel manicure?

• Before starting the process, thoroughly disinfect both your hands and the client's hands with antiseptic liquid and properly prepare the workspace.
• Use a file with the appropriate cut to shape the nails, gently smooth the nail plate with a buffering block, and, if necessary, work on the cuticles.
• Wipe the nail plate with a cotton pad dampened with cleanser. Additionally, a primer can also be used.
• Apply a thin layer of gel base and cure for 30 seconds in an LED lamp or 2 minutes in a UV lamp.
• Once the base has cured, apply the gel polish in the chosen shade and cure for 30 seconds in an LED lamp or 2 minutes in a UV lamp. This step can be repeated for a more intense color.
• Next, apply a thin layer of top coat and cure for 30 seconds in an LED lamp or 2 minutes in a UV lamp. Depending on the type of top coat, it may be necessary to wipe with cleanser.
