Handcrafted in Italy, it features bronze handles and an integrated hanging hook. Hand-wash with a sponge and detergent, then dry immediately with a soft cloth. A nylon brush or sponge is recommended for cleaning. Abrasive cleaners and metal utensils are not recommended. Over time, the pan may develop a patina, which does not affect the material or cooking.
