The rosé wine Croix de Sud comes from the Le Loup Bleu winery and is an excellent choice with Protected Designation of Origin (AOP) Côtes de Provence Sainte Victoire.

Organic cultivation – Aromatic, elegant, complex

  • Varieties (2024):
  • Syrah 48%
  • Grenache 35%
  • Vermentino 10%
  • Clairette 7%

Winemaking: Direct pressing with aging on fine lees.

Tasting notes: Croix de Sud has a bright, soft rosé color. On the nose, citrus and white flowers are noticeable, accompanied by subtle notes of red fruits. On the palate, aromas of strawberry and gooseberry emerge, with a round and silky body. The finish carries the characteristic minerality of the Sainte Victoire region.

Food pairings: Ideal as an aperitif or to accompany salmon carpaccio, sea bass ceviche, scallop risotto, or grilled sea bass.

Alcohol content: 13% vol

Serving temperature: 11 – 13°C

Aging potential: Enjoy within 2 years for maximum freshness and character.
