Using the same exact process, I made equally good espresso as with my old, classic moka pot. Here, of course, the secret is that if you want something closer to a ristretto, you should remove the pot with the crema as soon as you start to see it. It's also good to completely close the fire. If you want to make two good espressos, you have to be quick and remove both pots very fast, replacing them with something else.

Με τις ίδιες ακριβώς διαδικασίες έκανα εξ' ίσου καλό εσπρέσο όπως και με το παλιό μου, κλασικό εσπρεσόμπρικο. Εδώ, βέβαια, το μυστικό είναι ότι, αν θέλεις κάτι πιο προς το ριστρέτο, θα πρέπει να αφαιρέσεις το ποτηράκι με τον Καντίνσκι αμέσως μόλις αρχίσεις να βλέπεις κρέμα. Καλό είναι να κλείσεις και εντελώς τη φωτιά. Αν θέλεις να βγάλεις δύο καλούς εσπρέσους, θα πρέπει να είσαι γρήγορος/η και να αφαιρέσεις πολύ γρήγορα και τα δύο ποτηράκια, αντικαθιστώντας τα με κάτι άλλο.
Από εκεί και πέρα, κακά τα ψέματα, το αγόρασα περισσότερο για την εμφάνιση. Και η εμφάνιση σκίζει!
