Cam switches are multiple rotary electrical switches designed for turning currents on and off. They are used in low voltage electrical installation circuits, mainly as switches, disconnectors, changeover switches, and control switches. Cam switches can be installed in enclosed spaces (pollution degree 3, industrial use) at temperatures from -40 to +70°C. They comply with the requirements of standards PN-EN60947-3 and IEC 60947-3.

The segmented construction of the switches with double cams allows the creation of any switch program based on the position of the drive screw. By selecting the appropriate number of teeth on the drive mechanism gear, screw step angles of 30°, 45°, or 90° can be achieved; for example, at 30°, up to 12 screw positions are possible. SK disconnectors are distinguished by their compact dimensions and IP20 protection, enhancing installer safety.

The OB11, OB12, OB13, and OB14 enclosures are designed to protect low voltage electrical devices and are dedicated to the SK10/16/20 series cam switches (OB11 and OB12) and SK25/32/40 (OB13 and OB14). They feature a new design and compact size. Additionally, all components are made of PA6 material, suitable for recycling. The smooth outer surfaces of the enclosures make it easy to remove all types of dirt, maintaining their aesthetic appearance throughout their lifespan.

The enclosures are equipped with terminals that allow the connection of both protective earth (PE) and neutral (N) conductors. Compliance with IP65 protection increases their application and attractiveness. Each enclosure set includes a complete set of blue glands that facilitate the installation of power cables to the SK cam switches. The number of glands depends on the switching program applied by the switch included in the set. Both the bases of the OB11 and OB12 enclosures and the OB13 and OB14 enclosures have cavities for glands in four different positions. For OB11 and OB12, these are M20 glands, while for OB13 and OB14, M25 glands are used.

Upon customer request, the enclosures can be equipped with a standard screw or a screw with a locking mechanism, which allows restricting access to unauthorized persons for changing the switch status inside the enclosure. Additionally, upon request, each enclosure can be equipped with a signal lamp (230V LED AC) indicating the on/off status of the cam switch included in the set.
