Description & Specifications

Vintage Teas' green tea is an organic product derived from the leaves and buds of the Camellia sinensis shrub. It is rich in antioxidants, which help combat oxygen free radicals and offers slightly less caffeine compared to black tea. Its production is done without withering and oxidation processes, preserving the valuable properties of the plant. This tea is free from pesticides and chemical fertilizers, ensuring a natural taste and quality.

For preparation, it is important to store it in a cool, dark place away from light and strong odors. The water temperature should be up to 80 degrees Celsius, as boiling water can affect the catechins, the valuable elements of the tea. After adding the water, let it steep for 3 minutes before enjoying, according to your preference.

It is rich in antioxidant ingredients that contribute to fighting oxygen free radicals. It is made from leaves and buds of Camellia sinensis that have not undergone the same withering and oxidation process used to produce oolong and black tea. There are several varieties of green tea, which differ significantly based on the variety of C. sinensis used, growing conditions, gardening methods, production processing, and harvest time. 2. *Oxidation is the process where the leaf changes color from green to light brown and then dark brown. The more it oxidizes, the darker the tea and stronger in taste compared to other types of tea.
