The Benman 40863 chemical anchor is based on hybrid technology and combines bonding with sealing. It is suitable for indoor and outdoor use for the elastic sealing of joints, as well as for bonding and waterproofing building materials such as stone, concrete, glass, PVC, ceramics, metal and wood. It is also suitable for refrigerated storage areas and kitchens.

The material cures neutrally, is almost odourless and does not corrode metals. It adheres to most surfaces without a primer, even when damp, and absorbs acoustic and mechanical vibrations. It contains no isocyanates, solvents or silicones, does not shrink and does not form bubbles. It can be painted.
