Epoxy Resin, Concrete Color 4L - Effective down to -10°C!

Two-component, viscous epoxy paint.

MAIN ADVANTAGES OF THE PAINT:

• Primarily designed as an intermediate or final coating in paint systems for stainless steel structures exposed to dry and marine environmental conditions.
• Can be applied directly on concrete.

• Cures at temperatures down to -10°C.
• Excellent adhesion to old epoxy, alkyd, and chlorinated paints.
• Durable with long-lasting elasticity.
• Easy to apply with brush, roller, or spray equipment.

TECHNICAL DATA:

• Dry to touch: 2 hours
• Second coat application at 20°C: after 3 hours
• Solid content: 65%
• Gloss: Semi-glossy
• Recommended thinner: Sigma 91-92 or Solid Thinner 92
• Full curing: 4 days

Coverage depends on the absorption of the concrete and the thickness of the protection. One package covers up to 12m² of ready floor mix at 200 microns thickness.

To achieve the desired effect, sprinkle decorative flakes on the freshly applied proper layer and wait 8 hours. Then, protect the entire surface with the Sigmadur Clearcoat epoxy resin.

NOTE: Failure to specify color will delay order processing.

In enclosed or poorly ventilated spaces, the use of a mask is recommended due to the volatile odor of the thinner.
