It arrived after about 2 weeks, damaged. After 5 days, the leather and the lumbar cushion had already started to wrinkle. It creaks a lot when you sit or move. At the chair’s lowest setting, the bottom of the shock absorber is very close to the ground, with the result that, at 1.95 m tall, my legs angle slightly downward instead of being vertical, so my knees already hurt after 5 days. I think it is poor quality and unsuitable for tall people. My wife, who is 167 cm tall, also finds the height unsuitable. It also has slightly inward-curving supports on the right and left for resting your thighs, I assume, but they curve too far inward and press on your genitals because the opening is narrow. It looks nice, but is poor in practice. It’s not even worth the price. In a photo where I show the backrest and the seat, you can see that the backrest is crooked, leaning backward to the left by 1–2 cm. It’s bad to sit crooked, and bad for your lower back. A huge disappointment
