This series offers functionality, ergonomics, and understated style. Its models feature blades made of stainless steel X46Cr13 or, in the 8.5 cm version, from carbon steel for a more traditional cutting feel. The blades are 2.5 millimeters thick, ensuring stability and precision in cutting.

Each knife's handle is made from natural, lacquered wood of high aesthetic quality, such as birch, olive, walnut, oak, sapelli, and wenge, offering different shades and textures to match every personal style.
