The Medisept spray for food-contact surfaces is an alcohol-based disinfectant for the rapid cleaning of small surfaces in medical and non-medical settings. It acts against bacteria, yeasts, mycobacteria and certain viruses, and is effective against enveloped viruses.

It is suitable for surfaces that come into contact with food and those that do not, as well as for medical equipment, countertops, tables, handles, and hairdressing and beauty salon equipment. It leaves no streaks or stains. Food-contact surfaces must be rinsed with potable water after application; other surfaces do not need to be rinsed. Do not use on alcohol-sensitive surfaces, such as acrylic glass.
