ŚNIEŻKA Supermal brown matte 0.8l - Oil-alkyd varnish for wood and metal, resistant to disinfectants. Meets the requirements of public services and healthcare facilities with a flame-resistant coating - fire resistance category D-s1, d0. Resistant to mechanical and atmospheric factors, with durable and vivid colors, excellent coverage, and performance.

The SUPERMAL® varnish is used for decorative and protective painting of wood, wood-based materials, plasters, as well as steel and cast iron elements used indoors and outdoors, such as windows, doors, furniture, fences, claddings, etc. It is recommended for use in residential areas, rooms intended for the permanent stay of patients in healthcare facilities, rooms intended for the permanent stay of children and youth in educational buildings, as well as rooms intended for food storage (without direct contact with food).

Surface preparation:

• The surface must be dry, free of rust, dust, grease, and other impurities.
• Resinous and greasy areas should be cleaned with extraction benzine.
• New wooden and wood-based surfaces should be primed with Śnieżka Wood Primer.
• Wooden surfaces exposed to atmospheric conditions should additionally be coated with VIDARON clear wood preservative before applying the primer.
• New metal surfaces should be primed with fast-drying anti-corrosive paint Śnieżka Urekor.
• Worn surfaces with poor adhesion should be removed, cleaned from rust, dirt, and other contaminants. If necessary, fill gaps and prime the exposed surface.
• Old, good quality coatings should be sanded with fine sandpaper and wiped clean.

Product preparation: Stir the varnish well, dilute if necessary with solvent for alkyd and oil products or varnish benzine for factory viscosity.

Application method: Apply at substrate and ambient temperatures above +10°C and relative humidity below 80%, using a flat brush with soft bristles, sponge (roller with mesh), or spray gun. Apply the next coat after about 24 hours (low temperatures and high humidity extend drying time).

Coverage: up to 16 m²/l per coat. Packaging: 800ml. Number of coats: 2.

Tool cleaning: After painting, clean tools with alkyd-oil solvent, universal solvent, or varnish benzine.
