ŚNIEŻKA Supermal green glossy 6002 0.8l - Oil-Phthalic Enamel for Wood and Metal
The SUPERMAL® Oil-Phthalic Enamel paint is used for decorative and protective painting of wood, wood materials, plasters, as well as steel and cast iron elements used indoors and outdoors, such as windows, doors, furniture, fences, claddings, etc. It is recommended for use in residential spaces, areas intended for permanent patient stay in healthcare buildings, spaces for children and youth in educational buildings, and food storage areas (without direct contact with food).
Surface preparation: The surface should be dry, free of rust, dust, grease, and other contaminants. Resinous and greasy areas should be cleaned with extraction gasoline. New wooden surfaces should be varnished with Śnieżka Wood Varnish. Wooden surfaces exposed especially to atmospheric conditions should additionally be treated with VIDARON clear wood impregnation material before applying the varnish. New metal surfaces should be varnished with fast-drying anti-corrosive paint Śnieżka Urekor S. Damaged oil coatings that do not adhere properly to the surface should be removed, cleaned from rust, dirt, and other contaminants. If necessary, fill any gaps and varnish the exposed surface. Good quality old coatings should be sanded with fine sandpaper and wiped with a cloth.
Product preparation: Stir the enamel thoroughly. If needed, dilute with solvent for oil and phthalic products or varnish gasoline to achieve the desired viscosity.
Painting: Apply at substrate and ambient temperature above +10°C and air humidity below 80%, using a soft bristle brush, foam roller (flock), or spray. Apply the next coat after about 24 hours (low temperature and high humidity affect drying time). Wash tools after painting with oil-phthalic solvent, universal solvent, or varnish gasoline.
