Aluminum varnish for wood and metal, resistant to disinfectants, meeting the requirements of public and healthcare facilities. It is flame-retardant with fire classification D-s1, d0, resistant to mechanical and atmospheric effects. Provides durable and vibrant colors with excellent coverage and performance.
- Use: Decorative and protective paint for wood, wooden structures, plasters, and elements made of steel and cast iron for indoor and outdoor spaces.
- Recommended application areas: windows, doors, furniture, fences, claddings, etc.
- Suitable for: Residential spaces, rooms with permanent patient stay in healthcare buildings, rooms in educational facilities for children and youth, as well as food storage areas (without direct contact with food).
Surface preparation: The surface must be dry, free of rust, dust, grease, and other contaminants. Resinous and greasy areas should be cleaned with a gasoline purifier. New wooden and wooden structure surfaces should be painted with Śnieżka Wood Primer base coat. New metal surfaces should be prepared with fast-drying anti-corrosion paint Śnieżka Urekor.
Product preparation: Stir the varnish well and dilute if necessary with solvent for alkyd and oil products or with varnish gasoline for factory viscosity condition.
Application: Apply at surface and ambient temperature above +10°C and atmospheric humidity below 80%, using a soft-bristle brush, foam roller, or spray. Apply the next coat after about 24 hours (low temperature and high humidity extend drying time). Wash tools after painting with petroleum-alkyd solvent or general solvent.
