FREUD WOOD SAW BLADE / RIP CUT
The FREUD cutting disc features an alternating cone tooth design and a low tooth count, allowing for rip cuts. It is coated with a protective layer that extends its lifespan. The disc can be sharpened multiple times and has noise reduction/anti-vibration slots filled with polyurethane.
The main body of the disc is made from high-quality steel with a hardness of 45Hrc, laser cut. Special carbide teeth from in-house production ensure perfect grinding and minimal tolerances, offering excellent cutting quality. The soldering consists of 3 layers: silver-copper-silver, providing maximum stability and protection against tooth loss due to vibrations from foreign objects.
