Designed to support a wide range of workouts, from light strength training to aerobic endurance exercises, they provide a reliable way to build strength and improve your fitness.
The neoprene coating provides a soft, elastic texture that enhances grip while preventing slipping, making them safer and more comfortable during training. Thanks to their design, these weights stay in place when placed on the floor, facilitating movement between exercises and storage after use. They are suitable for low-intensity workouts, recovery, and toning exercises.
These weights are ideal for those who want to enhance their workouts with light resistance and are suitable for use at home, outdoors, or in professional gyms.
