Description & Specifications

Long Man Tea's green tea is extremely rich in antioxidant compounds, which help combat free oxygen radicals. It is made from the leaves and buds of the Camellia sinensis plant without undergoing the oxidation process applied to other types of tea, such as oolong and black tea. There are many varieties of green tea, which differ depending on the C. sinensis variety, cultivation conditions, and processing methods.

Tea storage is important: it should be kept in a cool, dark place, away from light and strong odors. When preparing it, the water temperature is also critical, as boiling water can affect the catechins, the precious compounds in the tea. The ideal temperature is around 80 degrees. After adding the water to the tea, let it brew for three minutes, although this time can vary according to your preferences.
