It contains vitamins A, B, B2, D, as well as calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, potassium, and iron, providing natural support to the body and contributing to bone health. It is easy to digest, caffeine-free, with minimal fat and calories. Clinical studies show that it helps reduce cholesterol.

Ideal for use as a natural cocoa substitute in beverages, sweets, and baked goods, it provides a chocolatey flavor without guilt. Carob is very helpful for those allergic to chocolate. When substituting cocoa powder with carob flour, reduce the sugar in the recipe by 2 tablespoons (25 ml) and increase the fat by 2 tablespoons (25 ml).
