Saltolyte Salt & Electrolytes capsules contain sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc and vitamin D3. They are flavourless and intended for use during intense or prolonged exercise, particularly when there is significant sweat loss, without leaving a salty taste in the mouth.

During continuous exercise, take one capsule every 30–60 minutes with a little water. The contents can also be dissolved in liquid, and the daily amount should not exceed 15 capsules. They can be taken alongside sports drinks and energy gels. This supplement should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
