    Reliable thermostat, I would like its screen to stay lit for 2~3 seconds longer as it lights up for 1 second, also the screws included in the package are short, I used my own longer screws, 90mm, now whether it will be durable over time remains to be seen!!!

    First of all, I am an electrician and I have installed many thermostats. I bought it for simple use and not to have many features. During the first use, you need to leave it for several minutes to display the room temperature (it takes a while to show the actual temperature) and then set it up if needed.
    The first disadvantage I noticed is that if you need to change the batteries, it opens and snaps back together very difficultly, to the point that if you're not careful you might even pull the base off the wall.
    The second disadvantage is that although it is bulky, there is no space at all to leave room for the cables.
    The difference with the bs-830 is that it has a backlit screen (when you operate it, not all the time)
