SIKA SIKAFLEX 529 AT SPRAYABLE SEALANT WITHOUT ISOCYANATES FOR CAR BODIES

Elastic, sprayable STP technology sealant without isocyanates, designed for seams, overlaps, and protection against stone chipping.

Features:

• Paintable — compatible with waterborne & suitable 2K systems

Where we use it:

• Cars, light commercial and industrial vehicles
• Factory texture restoration work on seams

Application method: Pneumatic air pressure gun (sprayable seam sealer gun) or extrusion as bead; pneumatic/electric gun possible. Application temperature 5–40°C. Substrate compatibility tests recommended.

Tool cleaning: With Sika® Remover-208 for fresh material. After curing, mechanical cleaning only. For skin, suitable hand cleaner and water.
