    1. It is NOT pure Magnesium!
    It contains a very serious percentage of excipients, which significantly reduces the weight of the pure product!
    For an easy check, know that pure Magnesium dissolves completely in water. If you see the water "milky", with residues on the surface of the water that are difficult to dissolve, and at the bottom of the glass you notice "white sediment", these are excipients.
    2. The thickness of the capsule, which is anything but soft, is so great that it makes you feel nauseous just holding it in your hand.
    I WILL NOT PREFER IT AGAIN!
