The Modern Acoustics PL8W is a passive 8” 2-way speaker, designed for professional permanent installations with powerful and balanced sound reproduction. It features a power range of 85–125W and an 8Ω impedance, delivering clear and dynamic sound for background music applications and professional installations in cafes, restaurants, hotels, bars, and commercial spaces.

The durable black plastic cabinet ensures discreet aesthetics and high resistance to daily use. With the addition of a protective grille and an aluminum mount, it can also be used in demanding outdoor installations with increased resistance to moisture and dust.

The speaker supports tilt up to 90° and rotation up to 180° with the L5 type bracket from Metro Audio Systems (sold separately), offering great flexibility in placement and proper sound direction. The package includes a wall mount (yoke) for easy and secure installation.
