Complete rim repair and painting kit. The kit consists of quality products from AVEX.ro and is DIY, suitable for anyone who can follow the included instructions.

The kit includes:

• 4 x 400 ml Champion paint spray
• 1 x 500 ml Champion clear varnish spray
• 1 x special putty for aluminum rims
• 1 x set of disposable gloves
• 1 x set of sanding tapes with different grits for surface correction before and after applying the putty
• 1 x roll of tape for protecting the tire edge

Note! The rim shown in the image is for presentation purposes only and is not included in the package.

Application instructions:

1. Carefully clean the rims to remove dust or grease.
2. Smooth the holes of the rim to repair them and create a rough surface for putty adhesion.
3. Clean again or blow to remove metal residues.
4. Apply tape around the rim on the tire to protect from paint fumes.
5. Apply the putty to the holes of the rim with a spatula, wood, or fingers (use the provided gloves) to fill the holes or cracks.
6. After about 10 minutes, once the putty hardens, sand the surface with fine grit sanding tape.
7. If the putty does not cover all the holes, repeat the process until all gaps are filled.
8. After sanding with the correction tape, finish with finer sanding tapes to prepare the surface for painting.
9. If you wish to paint the entire rim and not just the pierced areas, further prepare the rim surface with fine sanding tape.
10. Clean the rim surface from any sanding residues.
11. Shake the paint spray for about 2 minutes for good mixing and apply to the rim with smooth, even strokes.
12. After 10-20 minutes of drying, apply the next coat of paint. It is recommended to apply 2-3 coats for optimal coverage.
13. Finally, after applying paint coats and drying, apply the varnish coat in the same way as the paint coats.
14. For a strong gloss, apply multiple layers of varnish with drying breaks between applications.

Applying varnish is optional. In some cases, the paint surface is glossy enough without applying clear varnish.
