This professional, fast-drying, thick anti-corrosion paint is based on modified alkyd resin and is tinted with zinc phosphate. It is suitable for painting defective (rusty) steel surfaces.

A minimum film thickness of 150 microns (2-3 coats) is required for full protection of the painted surface.

It is used and recommended by professionals in the field of corrosion protection.

Technical data:

• Touch dry: 15 minutes
• Second coat application at 20°C: After 45 minutes
• Solid content: 55%
• Recommended film thickness: 50-80 μm
• Coverage at 50 μm: 11 m²/L
• Gloss: Matt
• Recommended thinner: Sigma 21-06 or Solid Thinner 06

For permanent protection that lasts for years, the surface must be sanded, washed, and degreased with Solid Cleaner 05 before painting.

Recommendations: For yellow, red, and orange shades, the use of an original NCS S 1020-Y20R primer is suggested for better coverage.
