Sigmafast 20 Anti-Corrosive Paint with Hardening 1L - RAL 6017

Professional, fast-drying, thick anti-corrosive paint based on modified alkyd resin, colored with zinc phosphate. Suitable for painting defective (rusty) steel surfaces.

• Excellent adhesion even on rust
• High resistance to corrosion and moisture

• Can be recoated with most alkyd, chlorinated, vinyl, epoxy, polyurethane, and automotive paints

Technical characteristics:

• Total drying time: 15 minutes
• Application of second coat at 20°C: After 45 minutes
• Solids content: 55%
• Recommended coating thickness: 50-80 μm
• Coverage: 11 m²/L at 50 μm
• Finish: Matte
• Recommended thinner: Sigma 21-06 or Solid Thinner 06

To achieve permanent protection, the surface must be ensured to be sanded, washed, and degreased before painting.

The colors in the color chart are indicative and may vary slightly from the actual colors due to screen calibration. For better coverage, it is recommended to use NCS S 1020-Y20R based color for yellows, reds, and oranges.
