After the first 45 kilometers I can say that it is a shoe that does not bother you during training. It is for a slow pace (where you land more from the heel to the forefoot), but it is also for faster sections, since it has reinforcement in the forefoot and gives you a gentle push. It also helps that it has a lightweight design and a neutral ride, so it does not tire you out. I recommend it for easy or recovery runs and tempo runs (at 4:30-4:45 min/km) if you do not want to wear carbon. I do not recommend it for walking and it definitely does not replace a carbon shoe. I would say it is something in between a racing pair and a recovery shoe.
Μετά από τα πρώτα 45 χιλιόμετρα που έχουν τρέξει μπορώ να πω πως είναι ένα παπούτσι που δεν σε απασχολεί κατά τη διάρκεια της προπόνησης. Είναι για αργό ρυθμό (όπου πατάς περισσότερο από την φτέρνα προς το μετατάρσιο), αλλά είναι και για πιο γρήγορα κομμάτια, αφού έχει την ενίσχυση στο μετατάρσιο και σου δίνει μια απαλή ώθηση. Επίσης βοηθάει το ότι έχει ελαφρύ σχεδιασμό και ουδέτερο πάτημα οπότε δεν σε κουράζει. Το συνιστώ για easy ή recovery runs και tempo runs (στο 4:30-4:45min/km) αν δεν θέλεις να φορέσεις carbon. Δεν το συνιστώ για περπάτημα και σίγουρα δεν αντικαθιστά ένα carbon παπούτσι. Θα έλεγα πως είναι κάτι ενδιάμεσο από ένα αγωνιστικό ζευγάρι κι ένα recovery shoe.
Excellent shoe! For those who want to run comfortably, confidently, and fast, this is the right shoe. It absorbs shocks and has energy return with a special inner sole. Of course, you need to get used to its stride, due to its tilt towards the front toes, but that's the least of it. Especially for experienced (and not only) runners, it is a unique experience!!
Άριστο παπούτσι ! Για όσους θέλουν να τρέχουν άνετα , με σιγουριά και γρήγορα αυτό είναι το κατάλληλο παπούτσι . Απορροφά τους κραδασμούς και έχει επιστροφή ενέργειας με μια ειδική εσωτερική σόλα . Θέλει βέβαια να συνηθίσει κάνεις το πάτημα του , λόγω της κλίσης του προς τα μπροστινά δάκτυλα του ποδιού , αλλά αυτό είναι το λιγότερο . Ιδιαίτερα για έμπειρους ( και όχι μόνο ) δρομείς είναι μια μοναδική εμπειρία!!
