      It is a very good robot but unfortunately it had a charging problem and for 2 months now I am still waiting for a replacement part, which, as the company informed me, for some reason is not covered by warranty... It has bent and deformed, perhaps from a faulty charger and overheating, I don't know... something that from what I have searched seems to be very common... If this is not covered, I don't know what can be covered... after many emails they had informed me that a replacement part would be sent to me and still I have received nothing. The supplier does not respond to emails or responds very late. The manufacturer sends me to the supplier, and so does Skroutz... a lot of money and it has been left in the warehouse. I would have preferred to buy something else with a more serious supplier name in Greece and Cyprus. Stay away!
