Sterilization rolls for plasma autoclaves made from special TYVEK-type paper with an external chemical indicator. They are manufactured according to international standards, in compliance with ISO 11607-1 EN 868-5 & 13485.

They consist of durable paper and soft multi-layer film. Their weight is 64.4 gr/m² for better durability. Large-sized sterilization rolls are available, printed at dense intervals and suitable for sterilization in plasma autoclaves (H₂O₂) and ethylene oxide sterilization.

The chemical indicators exhibit a sharp color change and are placed on the inner surface of the roll, outside the working area, thus ensuring direct visual contact with the indicators and simultaneously with the sterilized material.

The paper side is durable, has a high degree of chemical purity, does not leave fibers, and its thickness complies with current standards. During opening, the plastic separates perfectly from the paper without tearing the paper, eliminating the risk of microbes passing from outside to inside.

The plastic side is durable, soft, and does not wrinkle after autoclaving. The side adhesive surface is continuous, uniform, and of maximum strength, so it does not open under the pressure of the tools’ weight and does not leave marks upon opening.

They are available in individual packaging, on which the production date, item code, lot number, etc., are externally printed.
