Recommended Dosage

Adults take 2 capsules daily or as recommended by your doctor or pharmacist.

  • Take with a glass of water preferably in the morning after waking up, when the stomach pH is less acidic.
  • Do not take with hot drinks, as heat kills the bacteria.
  • Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
  • Food supplements do not replace a balanced diet.
