Barolo Ceretto is made from grapes sourced from vineyards in the municipalities of La Morra, Barolo, and Serralunga, in the province of Cuneo.

Entirely from Nebbiolo grapes vinified at a controlled temperature in steel tanks for 14-15 days with maceration in contact with the skins. After fermentation, the wine is aged for twelve months in large oak barrels and then for another 12 months in 225 Lt barrels before bottling.
