Uplab Pharmaceuticals Get Up is a dietary supplement in lemon-flavoured effervescent tablet form. It contains N-acetyl-L-cysteine, vitamin C and glutathione, and is intended to provide antioxidant support. Each tablet provides 300 mg of N-acetyl-L-cysteine, 300 mg of vitamin C and 100 mg of glutathione.

To prepare, dissolve one effervescent tablet in 200 ml of water, preferably half an hour before a meal. The recommended dose is one tablet daily. Avoid taking it in the evening.
