First of all, it is effective. Obviously, someone buys it for a specific reason, e.g. reflux, neck, snoring, etc., and it really works for all of them. In general, you wake up more rested and with your neck and back much more relaxed.
Essentially, it has 3 positions: one upright, probably for reading, and two for sleeping, by placing the small pillow either with the long side down (lower overall height approx. 25 cm) or with the short side down (greater overall height approx. 30 cm).
The 30 cm together with the third semicircular cushion also help with comfortable TV viewing from bed without strain on the back and neck. Then, if desired, one can turn the pillow to the lower height in order to sleep. The semicircular cushion helps a lot with sleeping and is supported everywhere, since the scratch fastener grips directly onto the fabric (not only in the special position).
Of course, its size is an issue. Especially when turned to the lower height, it also has the greatest length, reaching approx. 70 cm. This should be taken seriously into account, because if the bed is borderline, the pillow may end up unusable.
For winter, its texture is not bothersome, but in summer, when the neck and back rest on the pillow, it is warm. A solution I applied and that works is to have a folded thin sheet cover the entire pillow so that sweat does not pass through to the fabric either.

Καταρχάς είναι αποτελεσματικό. Προφανώς το αγοράζει κάποιος για συγκεκριμένο λόγο, π.χ. παλινδρόμηση, αυχένα, ροχαλητό κ.λπ. και όντως έχει αποτέλεσμα σε όλα. Γενικά ξυπνάς πιο ξεκούραστος και με πολύ χαλαρότερο τον αυχένα και την πλάτη.
Ουσιαστικά έχει 3 θέσεις: μία όρθια, πιθανώς για διάβασμα, και δύο για ύπνο, τοποθετώντας το μικρό μαξιλάρι είτε με τη μεγάλη πλευρά προς τα κάτω (χαμηλότερο συνολικό ύψος περ. 25 εκ.) είτε με τη μικρή πλευρά κάτω (μεγαλύτερο συνολικό ύψος περ. 30 εκ.).
Τα 30 εκ μαζί με το τρίτο ημικυκλικό μαξιλαράκι βοηθούν και στην άνετη θέαση της τηλεόρασης από το κρεβάτι χωρίς επιβάρυνση σε πλάτη και αυχένα. Κατόπιν, μπορεί κάποιος αν θέλει να στρέψει το μαξιλάρι στο χαμηλότερο ύψος για να κοιμηθεί. Το ημικυκλικό μαξιλαράκι βοηθάει πολύ στον ύπνο και στηρίζεται παντού, καθώς το σκρατς πιάνει και απευθείας στο ύφασμα (όχι μόνο στην ειδική θέση).
Βεβαίως το μέγεθος του είναι ένα θέμα. Ειδικά γυρισμένο στο χαμηλότερο ύψος, έχει και το μεγαλύτερο μήκος που φτάνει περ. τα 70 εκ. Αυτό πρέπει κάποιος να το λάβει σοβαρά υπόψη, διότι αν το κρεβάτι είναι οριακό, το μαξιλάρι ίσως αχρηστευτεί.
Για το Χειμώνα η υφή του δεν ενοχλεί, αλλά το Καλοκαίρι που ο αυχένας και η πλάτη ακουμπούν επάνω στο μαξιλάρι, είναι ζεστό. Μια λύση που εφάρμοσα και δουλεύει είναι ένα διπλωμένο λεπτό σεντόνι να σκεπάζει όλο το μαξιλάρι για να μην περνάει και ο ιδρώτας στο ύφασμα.
