Kombucha is a live, 100% natural beverage, rich in essential acids, active enzymes, and probiotic bacteria. It contains no lactose, gluten, cholesterol, or preservatives.

It is a live symbiotic colony of yeasts and beneficial bacteria. The culture grows in a tea infusion and converts sugar into organic acids and carbon dioxide through natural fermentation. At the same time, it produces a variety of other compounds that detoxify and nourish the human body, including gluconic, lactic, and folic acids, as well as probiotics (beneficial bacteria Lactobacillus acidophilus and S. Boulardii).
