The Shoyu Sweet Sushi sauce is an organic soy sauce produced by traditional methods from soybeans and wheat through a long fermentation process. It also contains a little mirin, a Japanese rice and rice syrup. It is used in salads, with rice, in cooking dishes, and in Japanese and Asian recipes.
