The mint Kombucha, sweetened with organic stevia, is a live, 100% natural beverage, rich in essential acids, active enzymes, and probiotic bacteria. Kombucha is a live symbiotic colony of beneficial yeasts and bacteria. The culture develops in a tea infusion and converts sugar into organic acids and carbon dioxide through natural fermentation. At the same time, it produces a wide variety of other compounds that detoxify and nourish the human body, such as gluconic, lactic, and folic acid, as well as probiotic bacteria like Lactobacillus acidophilus and S. Boulardii.
